The Story
The Artista is the new professional Oboe from Patricola. Designed specifically with sound in mind the Artista offers excellent volume not only in the lower register but in the high register as well. A new design of the 1st and 3rd octive key ensures easier passage for the player. Made of high quality Grenadilla which has been seasoned for 15-20 years for maximum instrument performance. Cork pads from Portugal ensure a tight seal while silver plating on the keys and mechanism ensure a long lasting look and feel. The mechanism is designed for player comfort and ensure smooth quiet key movement.
