The 14" 16-strand PureSound Vintage wires for Slingerland Radio King™ Clamshell snare drums are designed specifically to accommodate the unique snare mounting system. Both end plates have a 1/4" hole in the center for attachment of the wire to the strainer frame via a screw. The PureSound Vintage Series features wires to accomodate the unique dimensions and mounting systems of various classic snare drums.

- Evenly spaced coiled snare wires offer consistent snare response
