At Weiner Music, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your instrument or accessory does not meet your expectations, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Request Authorization

Contact our customer service team via email or phone to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping your item back.

Pack Securely

Place the item in its original packaging with all included accessories and manuals, ensuring it is well-protected to prevent damage during transit.

Ship the Item

Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the box and ship the package to our designated returns warehouse using a trackable shipping method.

Inspection and Refund

Once we receive and inspect the item to verify its condition, we will process your refund or ship your replacement within 5-7 business days.
